EMC Ltd is a leading supplier of Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, and Industrial Controls supporting the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Plastics and Food Industries.

EMC Ltd is currently expanding and is recruiting for a role as a Customer Account Coordinator.

The role is to maintain strong relations with existing vendors. Duties include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone & email.
  • Generating and sending price quotes to customers.
  • Sourcing of products
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order entry into the system.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse or relevant departments to ensure product availability.
  • Entering data into the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure the delivery schedules of our customer are met
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis & lead times
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Please note: This is a customer-focused, non-commission-based role working with our existing customer base. There is no cold calling or commission-based sales involved.

The Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience within a parts, sales, purchasing, customer support environment
  • SAGE or similar experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal/communications skills
  • Strong PC, numeracy and analytical skills

Pay: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
