Codeblue is Ireland’s leading provider of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training. We deliver certified, high-quality pre-hospital and clinical education to healthcare professionals across all levels, with a strong focus on clinical relevance, professionalism, and national standards.

Role Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and suitably qualified Medical Doctors to act as Medical Directors on selected ACLS courses throughout the year. This is a sessional role and may suit those with a background in Emergency Medicine, Anaesthetics, Critical Care, or Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfil the role of Medical Director in accordance with Irish Heart Foundation (IHF) / American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS course standards
• Support faculty and participants during course delivery
• Oversee clinical governance and provide clinical insight during simulations and assessments
• Liaise with our training team on scheduling and course administration

Requirements:

• Registered Medical Doctor with active registration on the IMC register
• Certified ACLS Instructor (IHF/AHA recognised)
• Familiarity with ACLS course structure and delivery
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
