Role Overview:

The Health Operations Analyst supports the operational delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of Medmark’s Health Surveillance services by analyzing operational workflows, coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare service delivery across clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with client and regulatory requirements. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients, the role contributes to operational performance analysis, supports the management and optimization of key service areas within the Health Surveillance program, and helps drive the delivery of high-quality occupational health services both onsite and offsite while ensuring compliance with GDPR and relevant occupational health legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Health Surveillance Operations

• Support the operational delivery of Medmark’s Health Surveillance services across clinic-based and onsite environments.
• Provide operational oversight for assigned service areas, ensuring service delivery meets defined performance and compliance standards.
• Coordinate operational activities across clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor service delivery timelines and ensure operational activities align with client requirements and internal standards.

Operational Analysis & Process Improvement

• Analyze operational workflows and service data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of healthcare service delivery.
• Monitor service performance and provide insights and recommendations to management to support operational decision-making.

Data Analysis & Decision Support

• Analyze operational and service delivery data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for service improvement.
• Support management decision-making by providing insights based on operational metrics and service performance indicators.
• Assist in the development of dashboards or reporting tools that monitor service delivery efficiency, client engagement, and program outcomes.
• Contribute to data-driven recommendations that support the optimization of occupational health services.

Client Account Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for designated occupational health clients, ensuring service delivery aligns with client requirements and contractual agreements.
• Support client engagement by responding to service queries and coordinating solutions across internal teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction and contribute to maintaining strong long-term client relationships.

Systems & Program Development

• Support the development and optimization of Medmark’s digital Health Surveillance programs and operational systems through collaboration with internal teams and software providers.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of system modules that support occupational health surveillance workflows and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist in the development of operational workflows and digital processes that align with Health and Safety Authority (HSA) guidelines and occupational health legislation.
• Contributes to the integration of operational systems and digital tools that support service delivery, reporting, and program monitoring.

Operational Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain and update operational documentation, procedures, and process maps to support service consistency and operational clarity.
• Prepare operational performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Track key service delivery metrics and support operational planning.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Support the implementation of operational standards and quality assurance procedures across occupational health services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, occupational health standards, and GDPR requirements in the management of sensitive medical data.
• Participate in periodic operational reviews and compliance checks to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Project & Service Development Support

• Support the planning and execution of operational initiatives and service improvement projects.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities required for new service launches or program enhancements.
• Assist in managing operational timelines and stakeholder communication for internal initiatives.

Strategic Service Development

• Support management in evaluating opportunities to enhance and expand occupational health service offerings.
• Contribute operational insights that support the scaling and continuous improvement of Medmark’s Health Surveillance programs.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving service innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term program sustainability.

Pay: €36,605.00 per year
