Job Title: Clean Room Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing

Location: Longford Town, Ireland (20 min from Granard)

Job Overview

Connect Recruitment is currently seeking Clean Room Operators to join a leading medical device manufacturing company located in the Longford town area. This is a permanent contract position subject to probationary, offering full training and an excellent opportunity to build a career in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing machines (full training provided).
  • Perform quality control checks on produced plastic medical products.
  • Package and label newly manufactured products.
  • Complete required production documentation accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow clean room standards and procedures.

Pay Rates

  • Day Shift: €15.26 per hour
  • Night Shift: €16.38 per hour
  • Overtime Day Shift: €22.88 per hour
  • Overtime Night Shift: €24.57 per hour

Working Hours

All shifts are 12 hours. Candidates must be able to work both day and night shifts.

  • Day Shift: 08:00 – 20:00
  • Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00

This role operates on a 4-week rotating shift cycle.

Ideal Candidate

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Must be able to work both day and night shifts.
  • Must have own transport if living outside Longford town.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
