Job Title: Clean Room Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: Longford Town, Ireland (20 min from Granard)
Job Overview
Connect Recruitment is currently seeking Clean Room Operators to join a leading medical device manufacturing company located in the Longford town area. This is a permanent contract position subject to probationary, offering full training and an excellent opportunity to build a career in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machines (full training provided).
- Perform quality control checks on produced plastic medical products.
- Package and label newly manufactured products.
- Complete required production documentation accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow clean room standards and procedures.
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: €15.26 per hour
- Night Shift: €16.38 per hour
- Overtime Day Shift: €22.88 per hour
- Overtime Night Shift: €24.57 per hour
Working Hours
All shifts are 12 hours. Candidates must be able to work both day and night shifts.
- Day Shift: 08:00 – 20:00
- Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00
This role operates on a 4-week rotating shift cycle.

Ideal Candidate
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required.
- Must be able to work both day and night shifts.
- Must have own transport if living outside Longford town.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
