Process Assurance Operator


Responsibilities

  • Learn how to manufacture high-quality medical devices that make a real difference to patients' lives.
  • Work in a modern Cleanroom environment, following clear procedures and high-quality standards.
  • Carry out basic product checks and in-process inspections - full training will be provided.
  • Learn how to make process adjustments when required to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Support smooth product changeovers and help reduce waste.
  • Identify, report, and help prevent any product or process issues and take part in investigations and problem-solving activities when required.
  • Participate in corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
  • Complete all internal training to help you learn, develop, and grow in the role.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, GMP, and environmental procedures to keep yourself and others safe.


Qualifications

  • No previous experience required - this is a great opportunity to start your career in medical device manufacturing
  • A good standard of education and willingness to learn and work in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures
  • Comfortable working as part of a team with good communication and interpersonal skills
