Full job description
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist with potential to become a Manager.
We are open 10am to 7pm every day of the year so weekend availability is necessary.
Availability to cover holidays is desirable.
Duties :
- Booking in Patients with Socrates
-Cash handling
- Ensuring all stock is up to date
- Delivering the best help possible to our patients in a polite and emphatic way
- Monitoring and answering emails
-Opening and closing the Clinic
-Liaising with Doctors, pharmacists, labs and hospitals
The ideal candidates needs to be proactive and responsible, as well being able to work under pressure.
Reception and Socrates software experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
Work Location: In person

Pay: From €14.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
