We’re looking for a warm, organised, and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our busy practice in Mullingar. This is a key role where you’ll help create a positive first impression for every patient while keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Patient Experience

  • Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support check-ins and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed

Appointments & Scheduling

  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and confirmations
  • Keep the daily schedule running efficiently

Phone & Communication

  • Answer calls, handle enquiries, and direct messages appropriately
  • Provide clear and helpful information to patients

Administration

  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist with forms, documentation, and general office tasks

Billing & Insurance

  • Support patients with billing queries
  • Assist with insurance claims and coverage checks

Front Desk & Organisation

  • Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Monitor and restock office supplies and patient materials

Team Support

  • Work closely with clinical staff
  • Help ensure a smooth and coordinated patient journey
