We are now looking for a confident, sales-driven Receptionist to become the face of our clinic someone who thrives in a client-facing role and understands that every interaction is an opportunity to build relationships and grow the business.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional reception role.

You will play a key role in:

• Driving clinic revenue by finding opportunities to upselling and cross-selling
• Creating an exceptional, luxury client journey from first contact to follow-up
• Acting as a trusted guide for clients on their skin journey

Your Role

• Be the first and lasting impression of the clinic, warm, polished, and professional
• Manage appointments with efficiency, precision, and excellent phone etiquette
• Convert enquiries and leads into booked consultations with confidence
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments and skincare in a natural, client-focused way
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Maintain a calm, organised, luxury reception environment
• Handle client concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Work closely with the clinical and managerial team to ensure a seamless client journey

Who You Are

• Experienced in medical aesthetics, skincare, or a clinical environment (preferred)
• Sales-driven you enjoy targets and delivering results
• Passionate about skin, treatments, and client transformation
• A natural communicator who can build trust quickly
• Confident handling busy environments while maintaining attention to detail
• CRM Knowledge (Phorest experience is a strong advantage)
• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused
• Someone who brings positive energy and professionalism to the team
