Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at My Docs. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a critical role in delivering a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, providing accurate information.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinical time.
  • Collect and update patient information and medical records accurately.
  • Process billing and payments, including collecting co-pays and providing receipts.
  • Manage and organize patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA or relevant local guidelines).
  • Coordinate communication between medical staff, patients, and external providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.00 per hour
