clients and candidates. As our business continues to grow, we are looking to recruit a motivated and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning new business and building client relationships through to sourcing, interviewing and placing high-calibre candidates.

This role offers the opportunity to build your own specialist market while working alongside an experienced and supportive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

· Develop new business opportunities across your specialist market.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.

· Identify and win new recruitment partnerships.

· Promote Inova Recruitment's services to prospective clients.

Recruitment

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

· Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and our internal database.

· Conduct candidate interviews and competency assessments.

· Prepare professional candidate profiles and submit shortlisted candidates.

· Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer acceptance.

· Negotiate salaries and employment offers.

Clients/Candidate Management

· Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

· Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the recruitment journey.

· Develop long-term talent pipelines within your specialist sector.

Administration

· Maintain accurate records using our CRM and ATS.

· Ensure GDPR compliance.

· Produce weekly activity reports.

· Support company marketing initiatives and employer branding where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experiences /Qualifications Essential:

· Previous recruitment, sales, account management or business development experience.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Full clean driving licence.

Desirable:

· Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy or Manufacturing.

· Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or recruitment CRM systems.
