Office & Operations Coordinator – Glasnevin

Full-Time | Immediate Start | Dublin (Glasnevin)

Codeblue is Ireland's leading provider of specialist event medical services. We are now seeking a highly capable Office & Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, with an immediate start available.

This is a primarily office-based role within our Events Division. We are looking for someone who is organised, quick, confident on a computer, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with senior management and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly day to day.

The Role

As Office & Operations Coordinator, you will provide operational and administrative support across the Events Division. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, suited to someone who enjoys being busy, staying organised, and getting things done efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing quotations for event medical services
  • Following up on quotations and managing client enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate client and event records
  • Supporting event planning and coordination, including allocating crews, vehicles and equipment
  • Assisting with post-event processes, including invoicing and documentation
  • General administrative support, including document preparation and data management
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and personnel compliance administration
  • Assisting with a wide variety of operational projects and day-to-day business activities

This role will continue to evolve as the business grows, offering excellent exposure to operations, coordination and decision-making.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Confident, quick and efficient on a computer
  • Very comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Calm, capable and professional when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, reliable and keen to learn

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or office-based role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong digital literacy and attention to detail
  • A full driving licence

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience in operations, logistics or event coordination
  • An Emergency First Response (EFR) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) qualification
  • Experience working in the healthcare, emergency services or events sector

Working Hours & Location

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible start times of 8:30am, 9:00am or 9:30am
  • Based at our Glasnevin office
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support operational requirements

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary: €30,160 per annum
  • Salary review to €31,200 after 6 months
  • Salary review to €32,240 after 24 months
  • 20 days paid annual leave
  • Company pension available
