Medical Sales Representative – West of Ireland

Industry - Pharmaceutical / Rx

6-Month Contract | Field-Based Role

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Field Sales Representative to join our client's growing pharmaceutical business and take ownership of an established territory across the West of Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build strong relationships with GPs, healthcare professionals and pharmacies, while driving awareness and appropriate use of our prescription medicine portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver sales, market share and activity targets across the territory.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Identify and maximise territory growth opportunities.
• Plan and manage customer activity, call cycles and territory objectives.
• Use sales and market data to prioritise opportunities.
• Effectively promote our Rx portfolio in line with all relevant compliance requirements.
• Keep up to date with product, clinical and market developments.

About you:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical sales, ideally within Rx.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong territory planning and organisational abilities.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and comfortable working independently.
• Full clean Irish driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience working with GPs and knowledge of the Irish pharmaceutical market would be an advantage.
