Full-time (40.5 hours/week) 123ink.ie – Dublin

Join one of Europe’s leading online retail groups in a high-impact senior sales role. We are expanding our Outbound Sales Department and are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to help shape and scale our outbound growth strategy. This is an opportunity to play a key role in revenue generation, mentor junior colleagues, and influence the direction of a fast-growing sales function.

Please note: We are currently based at North Park, Finglas, Dublin 11, but the business will be relocating to Furry Park Industrial Estate, Swords Rd, Turnapin Great, Dublin 9 in September this year.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take ownership of outbound pipeline, and long-term revenue growth. You will act as a senior contributor within a close-knit, high-performance team, helping to refine processes, elevate standards, and drive commercial success.

As part of your job you'll .....

· bring 4+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience, with a consistent record of exceeding targets,

· confidently approach calls to accelerate sales growth,

· proactively develop new revenue opportunities through structured outbound campaigns and senior level engagement,

· demonstrate strong commercial awareness,

· collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted sales initiatives and campaigns,

· provide actionable sales insights and performance analysis to senior leadership,

· maintain disciplined CRM and reporting standards to support forecasting and decision-making,

· support and mentor junior team members, helping to raise overall team performance,

· represent the company professionally in presentations, client meetings, and promotional activities,

· uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and company policy.

Key responsibilities

· Own outbound accounts and develop long-term client relationships,

· Partner with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless onboarding and repeat business,

· Resolve client issues with senior-level professionalism and escalate risks appropriately,

· Contribute to departmental planning and continuous improvement initiatives,

· Participate in leadership meetings with Business Development and senior management,

· Drive KPI performance across prospecting, proposals, and conversions,

· Maintain high-touch engagement with key accounts to maximise retention and lifetime value.

And you have the following skills and qualifications…

  • excellent spoken and written English,
  • willingness to work hard and quickly learn our business model,
  • recent success at Leaving Cert. or primary degree level,
  • proven ability to drive sales activity and revenue,
  • knowledge of MS Office and an ability to learn our CRM and ERP packages.
