Salary: €70,000 Annual OTE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm. Day off in week in lieu

Audi Centre Dublin is looking for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic and supportive team.
This is your opportunity to represent one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands while developing your skills and building a rewarding career. Working closely with our Sales Manager and team of experienced professionals, you'll receive the guidance and support needed to excel and grow.
  • Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email to understand their needs
  • Recommend vehicles and solutions that fit each customer perfectly
  • Organise and accompany test drives, showcasing the Audi experience
  • Negotiate and close sales with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage all related sales documentation and follow-up processes

What we're looking for:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • A proactive, positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for customer care
    • Ambition to achieve targets and exceed expectations
    • Previous experience in automotive or customer-facing roles is ideal, but we also welcome fresh, motivated talent eager to learn and grow in the motor trade
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated to crack on with the job and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.
Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential. A drivers licence is a requirement for this role
