Sales & Marketing Manager – Ireland

Dublin | €45,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE €65,000–€75,000+

Take ownership of growing CNM in Ireland.

The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) is a leading provider of natural health education, with colleges internationally and a growing presence in Ireland.

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Dublin operation and help significantly grow CNM across Ireland.

This is not a desk-based management role.

You will be expected to personally drive student enrolments, develop opportunities, build relationships and generate growth — while leading and developing a small sales team.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Drive student enrolments and achieve ambitious sales targets for Ireland
  • Personally work with prospective students, understand their goals, overcome barriers and close enrolments
  • Build and develop the Irish sales team to improve performance
  • Take ownership of the Dublin office and ensure it operates effectively
  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow CNM's presence throughout Ireland
  • Drive local marketing, partnerships, events, PR and wellness outreach
  • Represent CNM at exhibitions, open days, wellness events and industry partnerships
  • Monitor results closely and take action when targets are not being achieved

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is commercial, proactive and results-driven. You should be someone who naturally communicates with people, creates opportunities and follows things through to completion.

You'll need:

  • Evidence that you have personally achieved targets
  • The ability to lead and improve the performance of others
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills
  • The confidence to take responsibility and make things happen
  • An entrepreneurial approach — you see opportunities and act on them
  • An interest in natural health, wellness or education

Experience in education or wellness would be useful, but proven commercial ability is more important.

The opportunity

Base salary: €45,000

Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of €65,000–€75,000+, with further earning potential for exceptional performance.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of CNM's growth in Ireland. As the business grows, so will the scope of the role and the opportunity to build a larger team and operation around you.
