Our client is a Global Multinational Life Sciences Company who have a significant amount of work throughout Ireland, and this would be a fantastic company to help you further your career in Health & Safety. This is a permanent role.

About the role:
  • EHS Team Lead
  • Longford Based position
  • Full Time Permanent Role
  • Competitive Salary & Package €70,000 - €80,000 + Package
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team to deliver high‑quality support across the site.
  • Allocate and oversee daily/weekly priorities.
  • Develop safety programs for the site.
  • Aid in maintaining an effective EHS system.
  • Maintain EHS documentation for compliance.
  • Implement and oversee EHS training programs.
  • Support training for new and existing staff.
  • Oversee EHS incident management and risk assessments.
To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following:
  • Degree in EHS or similar field.
  • 3+ years EHS experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices
  • Experience Managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full Driving Licence
