What you'll do

  • Managing and completing reports required by the Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors
  • Managing of meeting spaces in terms of bookings as well as set up for Regional Managing Directors/Sales Operations Directors
  • Facilitate and organise large scale Store Manager & Area Manager meetings
  • Administration support to Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors i.e., calendar management, correspondence, etc.
  • Compiling and coordinating information from Head Office and Regional Distribution departments for communication to store
  • Controls and checks on invoices prior to authorisation
  • Managing stationary and uniform orders for regional distribution centre and stores
  • Management and distribution of Internal and external mail

What you'll need

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

  • The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels

  • Outstanding computer skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Flawless typing skills
