Full job description
Carelink Health are recruiting a motivated, diligent office administrator. The working environment is a very busy, fast paced, modern, computerised medical practice.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure both as an individual and as part of a team.
The role is full-time with a six month probation period. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, typically 9am - 6pm/8am - 5pm
Experience required:
- Capable of building strong and collaborative internal and client relationships
- A motivated individual who has the ability to work on their own initiative
- Excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
- IT proficient with MS office skills
- A reliable individual with strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
- The ability to manage patient needs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen together with a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry would be a distinct advantage
Responsibilities and Administrative Duties:
- Patient Care & Clinic Support: Sitting consultant clinics, checking in patients, noting future appointments or procedures, and dealing with patient queries with discretion and sensitivity.
- Practice & Diary Management: Managing the consultant's diary, providing support to ensure the practice runs efficiently, and working directly with Management to build and develop an optimised practice environment.
- Scheduling & CRM Administration: Capturing all necessary scheduling details accurately on the CRM system, ensuring enquiries are answered, resolved in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, and recorded electronically.
- Operational Adaptability: Carrying out additional requests from management as needed to support day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be required to travel between between hospitals to support clinics, a full clean driving licence is required.
