We are looking for a friendly, patient, and outgoing person to join our small team of Receptionists.
Monday to Friday 10 am to 2pm
Availability to work Christmas period and cover holidays is desirable.
Duties :
- Booking in Patients with Socrates
-Cash handling
- Ensuring all stock is up to date
- Delivering the best help possible to our patients in a polite and emphatic way
- Monitoring and answering emails
-Opening and closing the Clinic
-Liaising with Doctors, pharmacists, labs and hospitals
The ideal candidates needs to be proactive and responsible, as well being able to work under pressure.
Medical reception and Socrates software experience is preferred.

Pay: From €14.30 per hour
