Job Description


AbbVie Cork are looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator to join their Operations Team. This role will involve supporting the Production Manager in the day to day running of the department, with a particular requirement to take the lead on Planning, KPI’s, Projects and SAP administration. This role is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2027. The role also includes:

  • Partnering with Supply Chain to plan and coordinate the manufacturing schedule.
  • Serving as the local SAP key user, supporting system administration, process optimization, and user guidance.
  • Monitoring production inventory levels in SAP to support efficient material planning and availability.
  • Managing system changes for manufacturing products, including BOM creation, batch record updates, and product change implementation.
  • Overseeing production deviation systems, analyze trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives within the Production Department.
  • Embedding quality into all aspects of work by ensuring compliance with applicable quality requirements and standards.

Qualifications
  • A relevant third-level degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong expertise in SAP.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, manufacturing, or production.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
