Ready for Your Next Step in General Practice?

Recovery Healthcare is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our team at 67 Eccles Street.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Practice Nurse who wants more than a standard nursing role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our nursing services and lead key HSE programmes, particularly Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and vaccination programmes.

You'll work closely with our GPs and management team while having the opportunity to help shape and develop our nursing services as the practice grows.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate our HSE Chronic Disease Management (CDM) programmes
  • Lead HSE vaccination and immunisation programmes
  • Identify eligible patients and manage recall, review and follow-up programmes
  • Deliver CDM assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
  • Provide vaccinations and maintain vaccine/cold-chain requirements
  • Phlebotomy, ECGs and blood pressure monitoring
  • Health screening and preventative healthcare
  • Wound care and routine Practice Nurse procedures
  • Support women's and men's health services
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and HSE programme documentation
  • Work closely with our GPs to develop efficient, high-quality nurse-led services

We're Looking for Someone Who...

  • Is a Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration
  • Has strong General Practice or Primary Care nursing experience
  • Has experience with HSE vaccination programmes
  • Has experience delivering and ideally leading CDM programmes
  • Is confident with phlebotomy, ECGs and routine Practice Nurse procedures
  • Understands patient recalls, follow-ups and clinical documentation
  • Is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their role
  • Enjoys working as part of a friendly, fast-moving healthcare team

Why Join Recovery Healthcare?

Great salary. Great hours. Real responsibility.

We're offering a competitive €60,000–€65,000 salary, Monday-to-Friday working and the opportunity to take a leading role in developing nursing services within a growing healthcare organisation.

If you're an experienced Practice Nurse who knows General Practice, understands CDM and HSE programmes, and is ready for a role where your experience and ideas will make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today with your CV and tell us about your General Practice, CDM and vaccination programme experience.
