THIS IS AN IN-PERSON HEALTH SALES ROLE DEALING DIRECTLY WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

This role requires significant confidence, excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand a prospective patient’s individual concerns, provide clear and reassuring information, and guide conversations towards a positive outcome.

About the Role:
You will be joining a high-performing team, responsible for managing bariatric client enquiries and executing high-value transactions once suitability is confirmed. This role involves active pipeline management, strong relationship-building, and a direct impact on business growth.

Sales experience is required, but we appreciate that you may not have bariatric experience - training on this will be provided. If you genuinely believe that you're an exceptional salesperson, apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with potential clients following their enquiry
  • Coordinate consultations between clients and medical consultants
  • Manage and close sales of high-value medical services
  • Achieve annual sales targets in excess of multi 7-figures
  • Maintain detailed KPI records and performance tracking
  • Work as part of a team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven track record of direct sales experience is absolutely essential
  • Experience in selling high-value products or services is desired
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm (in-person, on-site)

PACKAGE

  • Salary Range: €30,000 - €35,000 (experience dependent)
  • Bonus Structure: Bonus negotiable for yearly-target achievement.
