- Support employees with individual or specialist ergonomic requirements, including more complex cases where additional workplace adjustments may be required.
- Review relevant workplace health and safety requirements and ergonomic best practices.
- Collect, analyse and interpret ergonomic assessment data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Survey and analyse client data and highlight gaps within existing ergonomic programmes.

- Carry out remote and on-site chair, desk and workstation setups.
- Conduct ergonomic consultations by telephone, video call and, where required, in person.
- Recommend suitable ergonomic furniture, accessories and equipment based on individual requirements.
- Carry out customer fittings and product demonstrations.
- Provide clear, practical ergonomic advice and training to employees and management.
- Respond professionally to ergonomic enquiries received by email, telephone and web chat.
- Provide ongoing ergonomic support to corporate clients.
- Attend client meetings and site visits where required.
Training & Ergonomic Awareness
- Educate employees and management on ergonomic principles and best practices.
- Deliver live webinars and virtual training sessions to promote awareness and engagement with client ergonomic programmes.
- Present ergonomic information clearly and confidently to individuals and groups.
Ideal Candidate
The successful contractor will ideally have:
