Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for a portfolio of Ireland's leading broadband and telecommunications brands. Working within a fast-paced agency environment, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring brand consistency, driving customer acquisition, and delivering integrated campaigns that achieve measurable business results.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong project management skills, thrives in a client-facing role, and has experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns in highly competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with client business objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.

Manage day-to-day relationships with key telecommunications and broadband clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, CRM, PR, and traditional media channels.

Collaborate with creative, media, digital, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.

Ensure brand guidelines are consistently maintained across all customer touchpoints.

Analyse campaign performance using key marketing metrics and customer data, providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

Conduct competitor analysis and monitor developments within the Irish telecommunications market to identify opportunities for brand growth.

Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining profitability.

Prepare client presentations, campaign reports, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Support new business opportunities by contributing to pitches, proposals, and strategic planning.

Skills & Experience

3–5+ years' experience in brand management, account management, or marketing, preferably within an agency or telecommunications environment.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital channels, customer acquisition, and brand development.

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data and customer insights.

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Desirable Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

Experience working with telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or other regulated industries.

Knowledge of the Irish consumer market and telecommunications landscape.

Experience managing integrated campaigns across both online and offline channels.
