SOCIAL CARE WORKER

Community Residential Service, Limerick

Permanent PART-TIME (30 Hours Per Week) &

Relief contract

Salary: 39,951-56,089* (lsi)

  • Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:

  • Full clean irish driving licence for manual vehicles.
  • QQI Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care/Applied Social Studies or equivalent, the award must be considered eligible for CORU registration.

Desirable

  • Experience working within the area of intellectual Disability.
  • Previous experience of working with people who have behaviours of concern.
  • Have experience of Person Centred planning.
  • Have an awareness of HIQA Standards and regulations.
  • Desire to support people live their best lives.
  • Willingness to support persons to develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning.
