We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team, across our many elegant and vibrant dining spaces offering seasonal, beautifully presented cuisine in a refined setting.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you will report to the Executive sous chef and support in leading the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen while contributing to menu development and the continued success of the outlets across the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive sous chef in the smooth running of the kitchen operation
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to deliver exceptional standards
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
  • Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and health & safety standards
  • Assist with menu planning, costing, and stock control
  • Drive innovation and creativity in line with The resorts offerings.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a high-volume, quality-focused environment
  • Passion for food, seasonal ingredients, and modern presentation
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
