About the Role

As Team Leader you’ll support the Service Manager with operational leadership, people development, quality assurance and service delivery while remaining actively involved in frontline supports.

You’ll play a key role in developing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring outstanding person-centred services.

Responsibilities

· Manage incidents and safeguarding

· 3+ years’ experience

· Leadership experience
