Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Dublin Office. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for high‑quality detailing. You will take a leading role in the detailed design and construction phases of our projects, ensuring full compliance with all relevant Building and Statutory Regulations.

Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of assigned projects, working closely with the Project Lead
  • Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions, tender documentation, detailed drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction packages
  • Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist teams
  • Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure cohesive project development
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout all project stages
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical queries as they arise
  • Support and mentor junior team members as part of their professional development

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Architectural Technology
  • 2-5 years of professional experience, including proven delivery of medium‑ to large‑scale residential projects in Ireland
  • RIAI Architectural Technologist Member, or equivalent recognised European qualification
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical application
  • Exceptional attention to detail across both design and construction phases
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
