TradeStock is a private B2B marketplace for verified motor dealers across Ireland — built for dealers to move trade-ins and source stock directly with other dealers, without auctions, WhatsApp groups, or public buyers. We’re growing fast and looking for a sales professional with motor trade experience to join us in the office and help scale our dealer network.

What you’ll do:

  • Call warm, pre-qualified leads who’ve already shown interest — no cold calling, no canvassing, no chasing
  • Walk dealers through what TradeStock does and get them started!
  • Build relationships with dealers across Ireland and help grow the network

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in motor trade or car sales — you understand dealers and how they think, even though this role is phone-based B2B sales, not vehicle sales
  • Confident, clear communicator who can close
  • Based in or near [location], available Monday–Friday, office hours

What you’ll get:

  • €30,000 base salary, paid monthly
  • 20% commission per sale, uncapped — top performers earning €80k–€90k+
  • No evening or weekend work — Monday to Friday only
  • Direct mentoring and training from the founder
  • The chance to grow with an early-stage company at real pace
