Full job description

We are currently seeking a motor trade administrator to join our team. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating documentation, handling calls and supporting financial and regulatory activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration duties to ensure the efficient running of daily operations.
  • Bank reconciliation and allocation of sales ledger accounts
  • Manage the registration of new cars on ROS, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on time.
  • Assist disabled drivers with applications and claims, providing a professional and supportive customer experience.
  • Support colleagues and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Apply and finalise SEAI grant applications
  • Maintain and update the National fleet database

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS office and experience with accounting/invoicing software.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
