Exclusions:

if you have been a patient of Medical centre, you are not eligible to apply in view of patient confidentiality. Apologies.

Closing date application: ASAP required. afternoon session receptionists required. Interview will be conducted on phone/video call as application is being reviewed.

Responsibilities :

  • Computer skills on medical soft ware Health one
  • Triaging booking appointment and patient arrival
  • Scanning, coding of letters onto patient records
  • setting up phone messages, answering phone
  • dealing with HSE claims and registration
  • Word, excel usage competency
  • Excellent English Skill. Multilingual is a bonus

  • medical consumables orders and keeping up of stock in appropriate shelves

Working hours - Monday - Thurs 1200pm-1700pm (5 hours); Friday (0800am - 1700pm) , 1 receptionists

Experience:

  • Medical Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
  • medical office: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Scheduling
  • Confirming accuracy of patient details/phone/address/PPSN with both Setmore booking system and health one system
  • Ensuring no double booking of patient and manage accordingly
  • Ensuring payment is taken in advance and confirmation of booking 24hr before booked appointment
  • Facilitating and ensuring smooth running of GP services
  • Cleanliness of Receptionist desk and patient waiting area
  • Managing correspondence
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Managing website functions and social media

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.50-€15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
