Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman Required - Dublin Area
New van ready to go, Uniform
We are looking to hire Multi Skilled/ Handyman Trades operatives x 2 who are confident at residential/commercial maintenance within property repairs with immediate start .
This position will be in the maintenance division which will require the trades to adapt to different scope of work daily. Will have to work well within time scales meeting deadlines completing all work confidently to a high standard. This role is a mainly a handyman role which you will be dealing with customers and docket books, constant workflow.
This job may vary from painting to plastering , to installing doors, everyday your day changes,
Confidence with general building maintenance eg for bathrooms /kitchen installs or repairs.
We are a well established company working on large government contracts / national brands/ large portfolio of properties as well as private. Most of the work is in the Dublin area and the surrounding areas. Carrying out our own new build developments in South Dublin. The office is based in Dublin 12/24.
Applicants must have a Full Irish Driving Licence as you will be provided with a new company van for working hours. Own basic tools for a tradesperson and good English is a must as dealing with customers and making it clear with work will be carried out.
Salary is depending on experience & knowledge. Paid Fortnightly.
