About the Role:

As a Mink Therapist, you will:

• Deliver exceptional manicure and pedicure treatments to the highest luxury standard.
• Create warm, engaging and memorable client experiences.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Mink with professionalism, confidence and polish at all times.
• Build genuine relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
• Confidently recommend and retail Mink’s signature product range to enhance client results and experience.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and presentation in line with brand standards.
• Work collaboratively within a high-performance, supportive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified in manicure and pedicure treatments.
• Minimum of 1 year salon experience (or relevant professional experience).
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Warm, engaging personality with strong people skills.
• Excellent spoken English is essential to communicate effectively and deliver five-star service.
• Strong interest in retail and product recommendation – commission is a key part of your earning potential.
• Well-groomed, polished and professional in appearance at all times.
• Passionate about learning, development and growing within a luxury brand.
• Gel and/or acrylic experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided.
