Overview

Microsoft is on a mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Our culture is centered on embracing a growth mindset, a theme of inspiring excellence, and encouraging teams and leaders to bring their best each day. In doing so, we create life-changing innovations that impact billions of lives around the world. You can help us achieve our mission.

Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers Microsoft's cloud services and our team is focused on delivering high quality infrastructure to support cloud operations. As Microsoft’s Cloud business continues to mature, our infrastructure expansion accelerates, and Datacenters are central to this growth. To support this, the acquisition and development of our owned, designed, and constructed Datacenter facilities will scale to meet the demands of our customers, while we also continue to lease and acquire Datacenter capacity at pace, particularly in our high growth markets, working closely with Datacenter operators in each region, and across the Globe.

Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is responsible for planning, building and operating Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure datacenters across the globe. Within CO+I, the organizational scope includes supply planning and strategic acquisition, global construction, datacenter and edge site operations, critical environment and availability, engineering, and datacenter innovation.

The team will be the conduit between the lessors and our internal subject matter experts, to manage our customer needs and to ensure 100% uptime during operations. Supporting our global leasing team, this team will work very closely within our LLD organisation, and partner with our CO+I teams as we solidify our lessor partnerships globally. The Lessor Relationship Managers must be strong communicators with the ability to influence others to achieve great things, with a blend of strong analytics & insight development, program management and data centre operations knowledge.
