Assistant Restaurant Manager @ The Dáil Bar

A welcoming ambience, delicious food, award-winning cocktails, exclusive whiskey selection, late bar, and entertainment 7 nights a week. Situated at the corner of Cross Street and Middle Street, The Dáil Bar is perfectly located in the vibrant Latin Quarter, where locals and tourists socialise.

We are recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team at The Dáil Bar. This position would suit an experienced supervisor looking to take the next step in their career and work as part of an experienced leadership team.

The Role

  • Boasting a professional and courteous attitude.
  • A good team communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive of all team members.
  • Coordinate communication between front of the house and back-of-the-house staff
  • Prepare shift schedules and process payroll for restaurant staff.
  • Train, develop and manage an engaged team, capable of delivering exceptional customer service.
