We’re on the hunt for authentic Waiters/ Waitresses to lead the way at our brand-new restaurant, part of our newest Dublin Capel Street addition, opening this year 2026 (Start date mid/end of September)!

The concept

We’re expanding and we’re bringing The July to the heart of Dublin. On iconic Capel Street, our newest 105 apartment-hotel and restaurant is designed to become a welcoming place for travelers, neighbours and the community around us. Thoughtfully developed, sustainably built, and shaped by local design, The July Dublin will feel both distinctly Irish and unmistakably The July.

The July is a premium hospitality brand that’s bringing the human touch to the way people travel. We are a group of apartment-hotels driven by delivering the best experience the world has ever seen, for guests staying one night or one year.

From Amsterdam to the world! Together with our shareholder Aware Super, we are implementing our strategy of international growth as owner-operator. Our teams have the ambitious goal to develop multiple new apartment-hotels across prime European cities like London, Dublin and Lisbon. Each location has the local stories and spirit interwoven throughout the apartment-hotel’s distinctive design.

The Job

Our Waiter/Waitress ensures guests have an excellent experience by providing stellar customer service. You are for example responsible to greet our guests, take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring a high-quality guest experience
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables in line with service standards
• Share menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests when needed
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner
• Process payments accurately and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all restaurant and service areas
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at home and want to return

What we’re looking for

For our Dublin team, we are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic team players, who loves to entertain guests! Our ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request. Experience is not necessary, just the will to learn and a friendly smile. We are able to teach you all the ins and outs of hospitality. Be prepared for a good time!
