We have just opened the doors to The Hydro Hotel, and we’re looking to build our team and help bring our hospitality vision to life.

About the Role

You will oversee the daily operation of our restaurant/ bar

You will help ensure that service standards are consistently maintained, guests receive exceptional service, and team members are supported to perform at their best.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the floor, engaging with guests, coaching team members, and ensuring the smooth running of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operation of food and beverage services
  • Lead and motivate team members during service
  • Rosters and ordering of stock
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest queries professionally
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained at all times
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding
  • Support stock control, ordering, and inventory procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
  • Assist with event and group service operations
  • Help create a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or senior service role
  • Are passionate about hospitality and guest service
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills
  • Lead by example and enjoy developing others
  • Remain calm and organised in a busy environment
  • Have experience working in restaurants, bars, hotels, or hospitality venues
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Are flexible, reliable, and solution-focused
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
