Trainee Sales Assistant – Immediate Start – Cork, Ireland

(Candidates MUST be able to commute daily and be available to start within two weeks.)

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Assistant to join We Heart Fundraising, representing one of our incredible Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) clients.

In this role, you’ll work within local communities across Cork, speaking directly with members of the public and raising awareness of important causes while helping to secure essential long-term donor support. If you’re confident, approachable and enjoy meeting new people, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills while making a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Community Engagement: Represent the NPO professionally within residential communities, introducing their campaigns and raising awareness of their work.
• Building Connections: Speak with members of the public, explain the impact of supporting the organisation and encourage long-term donor involvement.
• Supporting Donors: Answer questions, provide clear information and guide supporters through the donation process.
• Meeting Goals: Work towards daily and weekly targets while contributing to the growth of the organisation’s donor base.
• Representing the Cause: Maintain a professional and positive approach while representing the NPO and its campaigns.

Earnings Structure

This position includes:

• Guaranteed €92 per active day.
• €460–€552 per week, depending on days worked.
• Weekly performance incentives with uncapped earning potential.
• Typical annual earnings of approximately €40,000, combining the guaranteed daily fee and performance bonuses.
