This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment in a fast-paced, international business environment and is comfortable managing multiple hiring needs across different countries and functions. The successful candidate will be hands-on, creative in sourcing approaches, and confident using both traditional and non-traditional recruitment channels to identify talent.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this role will also provide support on selected local HR operational matters in EU countries, making it a good fit for someone who already has some exposure to broader HR administration or employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across key European markets, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding support

Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market challenges

Proactively source candidates through a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent pools, and other non-traditional sourcing methods

Explore and apply creative, out-of-the-box recruitment strategies to attract talent in competitive or niche markets

Maintain and optimize recruitment channels, tools, and workflows to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience

Conduct initial screening of candidates and support the coordination of interview processes across multiple countries and time zones

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the European region

Support employer branding and recruitment-related market mapping activities where needed

Provide support for local HR operations, such as onboarding documentation, employee records, HR administration, and coordination of day-to-day HR processes

Assist in ensuring HR and recruitment practices align with labor law and internal company policies

Work closely with the EU HR team and HQ to support recruitment projects, reporting, and process improvements

Adapt quickly to changing business priorities, organizational needs, and hiring demands

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR-focused role within Europe

Familiarity with recruitment channels, sourcing tools, and hiring platforms, with practical experience managing recruitment workflows

Demonstrated ability to use non-traditional sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates

Some experience in HR operations or HR administration, preferably including onboarding or employee lifecycle support

Understanding of labor law and HR-related legislation

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions

Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing business environment

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required

Additional European language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting recruitment across multiple European countries

Background in a multinational, regional headquarters, or fast-growing company environment

Exposure to both white-collar and operational hiring is an advantage

Experience supporting hybrid HR roles that combine recruitment and HR operations

We will review applications on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.

This position can be based in Frankfurt (Germany), Helsinki (Finland), Amsterdam (the Netherlands), or Paris (France).
