Specialist Grease & Fire Safety Compliance

A major part of this role involves the specialist cleaning of commercial kitchen extract systems, ductwork and ventilation equipment.

Grease accumulation within extraction systems is one of the leading causes of commercial kitchen fires. By removing hazardous grease deposits and restoring ventilation systems to recognised industry standards and TR19® guidance, your team will play a vital role in protecting lives, safeguarding businesses and helping clients remain compliant with their insurance and fire safety obligations.

This is specialist work that requires professionalism, attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a specialist night operations team.
  • Deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Carry out specialist kitchen extract and ventilation cleaning.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety legislation.
  • Complete quality inspections before every site is signed off.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Maintain company vehicles, machinery and specialist equipment.
  • Complete digital reports and photographic records.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to continuously improve standards and productivity.

What We're Looking ForEssential

  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
