Full job description

Hotel Product & Partnerships Executive – Remote

Digibreaks is a hotel and travel technology business specialising in creating and managing hotel programmes for major retail and loyalty partners. We have worked with Coop Norway for over 20 years and also operate a hotel programme in partnership with Coop Sweden.

Our focus is on combining strong hotel relationships, technology and customer insight to deliver great-value hotel experiences for our partners and their members.

About the Role:

We are looking for a commercially minded Hotel Product & Partnerships Executive to own our Norwegian hotel portfolio and ensure we continue to deliver a strong, competitive hotel proposition for Coop Norway members.

We currently work with almost 200 hotels across Norway. This person will be responsible for ensuring we have the right hotels, strong member discounts and enough availability to meet customer demand, while continuing to develop and grow our hotel portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future growth of an established hotel programme while helping to shape new commercial opportunities across the Nordic market.

This is a fully remote position based in Ireland with flexible working arrangements. Candidates may be based anywhere in Ireland and will work closely with colleagues and partners in Norway and Sweden. Occasional travel to Norway and Sweden may be required for hotel visits, partner meetings and industry events. Candidates must be fluent in Norwegian or Swedish with strong English communication skills.

About you:

You are commercially minded, curious and proactive. You enjoy building relationships, negotiating with partners and using data to make decisions. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and taking ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel & Commercial Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with our existing hotel partners across Norway.
  • Ensure hotels provide the agreed Coop member discounts, rates and benefits.
  • Proactively secure sufficient availability to meet customer demand.
  • Negotiate tactical offers and promotions to strengthen the Coop proposition.
  • Identify and recruit new hotels to improve the quality and coverage of the portfolio.
  • Monitor hotel, destination, availability, and booking performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Understand where members are searching but not booking and identify opportunities to improve price, availability or product.
  • Use customer feedback and performance data to continually improve the hotel offering.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering value, choice and a great customer experience for Coop members.
  • Manage relationships with bed banks and other third-party accommodation suppliers.
  • Use third-party supply strategically to complement our directly contracted hotel portfolio and address gaps in availability or destination coverage.
  • Work closely with Marketing to identify the strongest hotels, destinations and offers and ensure they are promoted effectively to Coop members.
  • Work with IT to ensure rates, availability, hotel content, supplier connections and the booking journey are working effectively.
  • Work closely with Customer Service to understand recurring customer issues and work directly with hotels to help resolve them.
  • Experience within hotels, travel, accommodation distribution, contracting, revenue management or a related commercial role.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-management skills and confidence working directly with hotel partners.
  • A strong understanding of the customer experience and what drives hotel bookings and conversion.
  • Analytical and comfortable using booking and performance data to make decisions.
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of a large hotel portfolio.
  • Able to work collaboratively across Marketing, IT and Customer Service.
  • Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish with strong English communication skills.

Ultimately, this person will own the Norwegian hotel proposition from hotel supply right through to the Coop member experience.

Success will be measured through:

Stronger hotel discounts | Better availability | Portfolio growth | Increased bookings & conversion | Strong hotel relationships | Excellent Coop member experience

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to take ownership of an established Norwegian hotel portfolio and play a key role in its future growth.
  • The chance to work on a long-standing partnership with one of Norway's leading membership organisations.
  • A collaborative role with significant commercial responsibility and the opportunity to directly influence growth.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package, based on experience.
  • Fully Remote role

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • Work from home

Language:

  • Swedish or Norwegian (required)

Work Location: Remote
