CPAP/BiPAP Patient Manager

Qualified Nurse or Physiologist — South of Ireland

About Us

Beechfield Sleep, a subsidiary of the Beechfield Healthcare Group, is a respected provider of CPAP and BiPAP devices to the HSE. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Nurse or Physiologist to join our CPAP Patient Management Team and help deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across the south of Ireland.

The Role

This is a field-based role providing CPAP services to patients across the southern region of Ireland. As a CPAP/BiPAP Patient Management Specialist, you will be central to ensuring patients receive the care and support they need, working closely with both patients and hospital-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Device setup and installation — Manage the setup and installation of CPAP devices for patients, whether in their own homes or in hospital sleep clinics.

Patient support and follow-up — Provide ongoing support to patients after installation, including regular telephone calls and, where necessary, additional home visits. This ensures compliance and gathers valuable feedback for hospital-based stakeholders.

Communication excellence — Use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a high standard of service to both patients and hospital-based stakeholders.

Continuous improvement — Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our service for patients and stakeholders, contributing to process improvements that optimise efficiency, effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

Collaborative teamwork — Be an integral part of our close-knit team of patient-focused professionals who take pride in their work and represent our organisation with dedication.

Requirements

  • A recognised qualification as a Nurse or Physiologist.
  • Some prior experience or knowledge of CPAP/BiPAP devices. Full training will be provided.
