Experienced Office Administrator
Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week / 4 days – flexible for the right candidate
Pay: €16.00–€18.00 per hour, depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our busy renewable energy business.
Key Responsibilities include
- General office administration – customer correspondence, answering queries, managing documentation and supporting the day-to-day running of the office
- SEAI and other grant applications – completing applications, managing paperwork and liaising with customers to ensure all required documentation is received and submitted correctly.
- Social media – assisting with company social media, creating content and using platforms such as Canva
Requirements:
- Ideally 4–5+ years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident dealing with customers and managing paperwork from start to finish
- Comfortable working independently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SEAI/grant applications, social media or Canva would be a strong advantage.
Approximately 30 hours over 4 days, however hours and days can be flexible for the right candidate.
On-site parking available.
