Full job description

A1 Tradesmen limited was formed in September 2015. The company was formed based on trust and respect. At A1 Tradesmen limited we strive to succeed and grow this company with the right team around us.

A1 Tradesmen limited specialise in building contracting across the Dublin region with well known clients and brands on our books. We have multiple divisions maintenance, new builds , reactive and lettings.

We employ 20+ staff and a fleet now 24 vans on the roads, with a target to scale rapidly over the next 18 months, across the board.

We are now on the hunt for an operations/ office manager based in the office who can work alongside the accountant , while aiming to scale the business to the next level.

Manage the engineers on the road, manage the office operations and manage the clients expectations is a must.

Knowledge on how to implement a company structure and scale the company,

Salary is TBC on the right candidate
