Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Duties:
  • Labelling
  • Bagging coffee
  • Packaging
  • Order fulfilment
  • Unload, check, and store incoming goods.
  • Perform general warehouse tasks.
  • Delivery Duties:
  • Perform deliveries of food and related products to 3fe locations.
  • Deliver coffee and coffee equipment as required.
  • Daily Operations:
  • Complete daily activity reports and submit with paperwork.
  • Check and record fridge temperatures.
  • Verify goods and temperatures during loading.
  • Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Wash and clean the vehicle (inside and out).
  • Check oil, water, and tire levels.
  • Report any vehicle damages immediately.
  • Safety and Reporting:
  • Report any incidents or accidents involving company property or third parties.
  • Maintain safe work practices.

Required Skills and Qualities:

  • Organised, accurate, punctual, and reliable.
  • Team player.
  • Flexible and willing to take on various tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Legal work authorisation in Ireland is required.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence required.
  • a manual handling course and forklift license is an advantage but not essential.

Shift Flexibility:

  • Flexibility to work in a seven-day-a-week business, including weekends and holidays.
  • Availability for full-time, permanent positions with daytime hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Rate of €15.00 per hour.
  • Employee discount on food and retail products across all our cafes.
  • Unlimited coffee during working hours.
