THE GIG

The role we’re hiring for is a Career Coach, where you’ll be speaking with potential students that want a positive change in their life by upskilling. Rather than requiring a degree or 10 years of experience, what we’re looking for is drive, enthusiasm, positivity and the ability to speak with power. Because let’s be honest, if you’re not excited about what you’re doing, then how the hell do you excite someone else? We truly love what we do, and as a result, we kick ass doing it.

You’ll be calling and emailing those who’ve enquired about one of our 2,000+ online courses. These range from dog grooming, counselling all the way through to mushroom production, goat husbandry and cat psychology. And yes, we’re totally serious about those last three. Potential students need the right guide to support them. If you think you could be that support, submit an application to be a part of our team.

These calls to your potential students are essentially a combination of counselling, sales skills, coaching and motivation. You’ll take them all the way back to where this interest initially stemmed from, what their current situation is and what they’d ultimately like it to be. Then you’ll create emotion through targeted advice on how to achieve their goals, make your recommendations and create a student for life. If you’ve always wanted to be a part of something bigger than yourself, then this is the opportunity of a lifetime!
