Digital Content & Video Marketing ExecutiveReports To
Managing Director / Marketing Manager
Role Purpose
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Content & Video Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence, improve our digital marketing, create regular video content, support product campaigns, and help drive sales across our online platforms, depots, and customer channels.
The business currently uses websites, Google Ads, leaflet drops, SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, and some Facebook activity. We now want to expand this properly into video marketing, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn content, product videos, blogs, customer education content, and stronger online campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, practical, commercially aware, and comfortable producing content in a real working business environment. The successful candidate must be able to film, edit, post, promote, and track digital content across multiple platforms.
This is not just a desk-based marketing role. The person will be expected to visit depots, film products, create short videos, support product launches, capture real business activity, and turn day-to-day operations into useful marketing content that helps generate enquiries and sales.
Key Objectives
- Increase the company’s online and social media presence.
- Create regular video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Support online sales growth through better product content, campaigns, and advertising.
- Improve the quality and consistency of digital marketing across all channels.
- Support depot promotions, product launches, and customer campaigns.
- Create content that helps generate enquiries, sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Help move the business beyond basic advertising into a stronger digital content and video marketing strategy.

- Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form video content.
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Film products, depots, staff, deliveries, customer stories, promotions, and behind-the-scenes business activity.
- Create product demonstration videos, explainer videos, seasonal videos, offer videos, and customer education content.
- Add captions, hooks, basic graphics, music, and calls to action where appropriate.
- Develop a regular video content schedule.
- Monitor which videos perform best and use this information to improve future content.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Create and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Support depot-specific and product-specific social media activity.
- Respond to or redirect social media enquiries where required.
- Ensure content is consistent, professional, and commercially focused.
- Track engagement, reach, enquiries, and campaign performance.
3. Product Marketing & Launch Support

- Create video and image assets for paid advertising.
- Help set up and monitor campaigns.
- Track basic performance such as enquiries, clicks, reach, conversions, cost per lead, and sales response.
- Work with management to improve return from paid advertising.
- Ensure paid campaigns are linked to clear offers, landing pages, products, or sales objectives.

- Help depots appear more active, professional, and visible online.
- Capture content from depots regularly.

- Develop useful content that answers customer questions and supports search engine visibility.
- Example content may include product guides, fuel advice, delivery information, seasonal buying guides, LPG information, generator guides, machinery/product explainers, and customer FAQs.
