Full job description

HR Dept is looking for a Junior HR Administrator, might suit student on part-time CIPD recognised HR qualification course.

The role will be split between a clients premises in Blanchardstown, one day per week minimum, with the balance of hours spread out, working remotely, over the rest of the week in a flexible manner.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in real life situations, and to be part of an experienced team dealing with everything HR, from Recruitment to Redundancy and everything in between.

HR Admin will involve,

  • contracts of employment
  • employment policies
  • auditing online and physical HR files, updating same.
  • managing the company HR system.
  • Attending HR meetings
  • Assisting with WRC case preparation and a wide variety of other HR functions.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
