Full job description

AllPro Recruitment are seeking an Operations Administrator for our client based in Kilcormac, Co Offaly. This is a temporary contract which could become permanent for the right candidate. Our client is a Community Childcare provider with two facilities operating full-time and a staff of around 20. The key duties of the role would include:

  • Oversee daily operations in compliance with Tusla Early Years Regulations
  • Lead and supervise staff; ensure ratios, qualifications, and Garda Vetting
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
  • Prepare for and manage Tusla inspections and maintain required records
  • Lead continuous quality improvement and staff development
  • Manage enrolments, attendance, and funding schemes (ECCE, NCS)

Hours are flexible, but would require a minimum of 20 hours per week. Salary DOE.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €18.00-€23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 35 per week

Work Location: In person
