Senior Associate - AML

Location : Dublin (Hybrid working is on offer)

What You Will Get To Do:

The Anti Money Laundering (AML) function sits within the larger Global AML team and supports the funds business with local responsibility, reporting ultimately to the Global Head of AML.

The AML department has responsibility for processing and controlling Client and Investor AML documentation to confirm that it is to the standard required, is recorded correctly and is available quickly and simply whenever it is required.

The department is also involved with global projects and is responsible for the oversight of several global functions, with exposure to AML in various regions including, Bermuda, Luxembourg, Ireland and Cayman

Below are some of the Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake due diligence file reviews and general monitoring of clients/investors to ensure that the applicable AML policies & procedures relating to SS&C regulated jurisdictions are being applied and adhered to.
• Provide MIS reporting to local/global management.
• Manage daily deliverables across various AML tasks.
• Assist related departments with AML/KYC related escalations.
• Assist senior AML management with various projects, as necessary.
• Participation in Internal Audit and external reviews with regard to AML.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong background in Investor Services with knowledge of Anti Money Laundering Standards within a financial services firm.
• A proactive nature where your investigative skills will be at a high level.
• Excellent written, verbal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
