Join us as a Customer Delivery Assistant and become the friendly face of our home delivery service. You’ll be out on the road delivering the latest tech straight to our customers’ doors and into their homes.
Every day brings something new: new places, new faces, and plenty of appreciation from happy customers. But this role is more than just delivery. We’ll train you to install smart tech like washing machines, fridge-freezers, and 4K TVs—so you can leave every home with a smile.
And it doesn’t stop there. With access to our Driver Academies, you’ll have real opportunities to grow your skills and build a long-term career.
Ready to drive your future forward? Let’s go.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Completing a multi-drop role alongside one of our delivery drivers, lifting & handling some heavy items
- Making every customer encounter amazing
- Installing a range of different products for our customers in their homes, helping everyone enjoy amazing technology
You will need:
- Great customer skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- (Ideally) a car driving licence and some experience of working in a delivery role or visiting customers homes
- The ability to handle heavy stock
We know our people are the secret to our success. That’s why we’re always looking for ways to reward great work. You’ll find a host of benefits designed to work for you, including:
- The opportunity to join one of our driver training schemes and gain skills for life
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
- Competitive pension scheme
- Product discounts on the latest tech
- A range of wellbeing initiatives

Every voice has a space at our table and we're committed to making inclusion and diversity part of everything we do, including how we strengthen our workforce.
