About Us:
At The Ashe Hotel, our dedicated team members share a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests. Situated in the heart of Tralee, our contemporary four-star hotel provides a welcoming haven for both locals and visitors alike. Whether it's the friendly faces greeting guests at reception, the meticulously prepared dishes served in our casual dining bar and restaurant, or the meticulous attention to detail in our accommodations, our team goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. With a focus on fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and development of our team members, we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels empowered to thrive.

- Dedicate efforts to creating memorable experiences for guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations and leave a lasting impression.
- Assist in pre-shift preparation, including table setup and cleaning.

- Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, making recommendations when necessary.
- Relay orders to the kitchen or bar using our POS system and ensure timely delivery.
- Serve drinks and food in accordance with service standards and HACCP guidelines.
- Check back with guests after food delivery to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.

We understand that some exceptional individuals might hold back from applying if they don't meet every qualification on the list. We're an equal opportunities employer, and we believe in providing an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environment where everyone can shine. Your aspirations and your individuality are what make you stand out, and we'd love to hear from you. Join us in creating a diverse, vibrant, and thriving team.
