Position Overview:

The role is designed for a hands on Operations Supervisor with experience of supervision and leading teams. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and enhancing the guest experience of our attraction. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position involves overseeing the general day-to-day operations, developing and applying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient running of Jurassic Newpark, ensuring a seamless guest experience through supervising and supporting the Team during shifts.
• Carry out and oversee daily operational activities.
• Ensure all required tasks and procedures are completed correctly and in line with standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, break management, and task coordination.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally.
• Prioritise health and safety measures, conducting regular checks of dinosaurs, toys, games, and equipment to maintain a safe, family-friendly environment.
• Implement SOPs and checklists to streamline daily tasks.
• Ensure all health, safety, and park procedures are followed at all times.
• Step in operationally where required to maintain efficient park operations

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or customer-facing role (preferred) preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Interest in themed attractions or entertainment is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
