Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist with a passion for their job. Candidates must have a proven track record working as part of a busy Reception team and must be available to work flexible shifts Monday - Sunday to include early and late shifts.


What we require from our applicants:

  • Previous experience in a busy Hotel Reception role, preferably in a 4star Hotel or similar role
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail & knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous
  • The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
  • Be committed to the team and the Hotel industry
  • Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekdays & Weekends, early starts and late finishes)
